How to download and install Blues Begone

Enter the download key you have been given into the box at the bottom of this page, then press the Next button. If prompted, give permission to download the file. Choose to save the file somewhere handy on your computer; the desktop is a good place because it is easy to find. The download file is very large (around 850 MB), so even with a high-speed Internet connection it might take 45 minutes or more. When the download is complete, execute the file. You probably will be automatically be given the option to do this. If not, double click on BBGSetup.exe to start it. Your computer will take some time to unpack the installation files and will then begin the installation. Just follow the prompts.

How to start Blues Begone for the first time

To start Blues Begone double click on the desktop WindowStorm ™ icon. As Blues Begone starts you should hear the startup music (Blue Orchid). You may need to adjust your sound level to hear it clearly. If you want to make sure that nobody else can hear what the Blues Begone voices say, you should use a headset. On first use you will be asked for your Product ID. This is the combination of letters and numbers you received for your Blues Begone license. You will need to enter this data exactly right. It doesn’t matter if the letters are upper or lower case. The Product ID does not contain letters “I” or “O”. This is to avoid confusion with numbers “0” and “1”. Once you get started, Blues Begone will ask you to enter some data about yourself. This data will be used to organize materials to help with your recovery. From then on it should be very intuitive.
